Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

As a Senior Accessibility Program Manager, you will lead and scale UiPath’s accessibility initiatives across the product lifecycle. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design and Documentation teams to ensure accessibility is embedded into how we design, build, test, and ship products.

This role sits at the intersection of program leadership, product development, and inclusive design. You will translate accessibility standards and best practices into scalable programs, processes, and measurable outcomes; enabling teams to deliver accessible experiences without slowing innovation.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Lead cross-functional accessibility programs that ensure UiPath products meet accessibility standards and deliver inclusive user experiences at scale.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to embed accessibility into the SDLC, from requirements and design reviews to implementation and release.

  • Drive adoption of accessibility best practices, including inclusive design, semantic structure, keyboard navigation, color contrast, and assistive technology compatibility.

  • Define and operationalize processes for accessibility reviews, testing, and remediation, working closely with QA and engineering teams.

  • Coordinate accessibility readiness for product launches, ensuring accessibility considerations are addressed alongside functionality, performance, and security.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to automate accessibility testing and reporting, integrating tools and workflows into CI/CD pipelines where appropriate.

  • Establish and track accessibility metrics, KPIs, and maturity indicators, providing clear visibility to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Evangelize accessibility awareness and best practices across the organization through enablement, documentation, and ongoing engagement.

  • Act as a central point of coordination for accessibility-related initiatives, risks, and dependencies across teams and time zones.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 5+ years of program or technical program management experience in a product-driven technology organization.

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, design, and QA teams.

  • Strong understanding of digital accessibility principles, including WCAG (2.x) guidelines and inclusive design concepts.

  • Experience operationalizing standards into repeatable processes, tools, and program roadmaps.

  • Ability to translate accessibility requirements into actionable program plans that align with product velocity and business goals.

  • Experience defining and using metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track program effectiveness and progress.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with accessibility testing tools (e.g., axe, Lighthouse, WAVE, screen readers).

  • Experience partnering with UX or Design Systems teams on accessibility-first components.

  • Exposure to accessibility requirements for enterprise, SaaS, or AI-driven products.

  • Knowledge of international accessibility regulations (e.g., ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549)

  • Background working with automation, tooling, or platform teams to scale quality initiatives.

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
